Paul getting ready in front of the Wheeler Hut.
Heading up the Asulkan Valley.
Lots of snow!
Here we can see the Pterodactyl jutting up.
Lots of ski lines on the other side of the valley below the Cleaver.
I've zoomed into an old slab avalanche that looked to be pretty big. There are a few trees for size perspective.
The Pterodactyl is getting closer.
We're finally getting close to some sun.
The Asulkan Hut under intense sunlight.

And still going higher! (photo courtesy Tyler)
Boot packing up the VERY steep slope below the summit block of Young's Peak
Some cool-looking pinnacles on the ridge shoulder. That's a huge crevasse in the center.
Wow, what a view!
Looking back down the acsent route.
On the summit!

Checking out the steep slope we boot-packed up which we'll now ski down!
Some other folks skiing down... the steep boot-packing slope is just off on the left.
Taking a look at the no-so-menacing-from-this-side Pterodactyl, The highway is visible way down the valley, center.
Being carefull near some rock.
Tyler looking like a happy skier!
