Cooking Bus February Visit

The Cooking Bus visited us once again at Heslam Park. These are photos from two different sessions, one with learners from Leys Farm Junior School and the other with families from Enderby Road Infant School.

Cupcake Decoration at Ealand

A special coffee morning was held to support Dylan's Dream campaign with our friends at Ealand. The visitors took part in decorating some freshly baked buns in a Christmas or football theme. This was a chance for the RfS learners to put their nutrition and food hygine work into practice. The event raised £100 for Dylan.

Althorpe & Keadby Summer School

In partnership with the Extended Schools Cluster Coordinator Rob Atkin, Cheryl went out to Althorpe and Keadby Primary School for a Summer School session. The children and young people took part in a virtual triathlon, experiencing archery on the Wii, some physical stamina testing outside and testing hand-eye coordination with Speedstacks

Personalised Learning Presentation

Heslam Park, the home of Study Heslam hosted the Personalised Learning Presentation evening for the second year running. The night celebrated the achievements of local children and young people who have been involved with many different personalised learning providers.

Luddington and Garthorpe Cooking Event

Luddington and Garthorpe school visited us as part of the Let's Get Cooking Campaign. They made dishes from around the world in preparation for the World Cup which started today. Well done, you made some very tasty dishes indeed!
