Once you've created your Picasa account (or logged in with your Google login), click the “New Album” button in the top left corner.
When the new album box comes up, enter a Title and Description. You can also pick the location the pictures were taken if you want to geotag the photos. Before clicking “Create“ make sure you select “Public“ as seen in the next picture of this album.
Before clicking “Create” make sure that “Public” is selected.
Now click on “Upload Photos” to begin adding photos.
Click on the “Browse” button to select a picture to upload. Alternatively, you can utilize the Picasa software to batch upload image files.

You should now see your photos in your newly created gallery. Only one thing left to do... see the last slide.
Click on the “Link to this Album” button in the menu on the left hand side. Copy the link in the “Paste link in email or IM” field and email it to me at stevepraz@gmail.com so I can post it on the community group blog. Thanks!
