Bridgwater shed, 9/85. Demolished Wed. 21/6/2000. Long term resident 0-4-0ST 1338 was in town all that week on a lorry, for an event at the docks. No-one thought to send it round to here, for a last visit before demolition. I was there on the Friday, 2 days after the sheds demise.

70F shed wall. A338 bridge partially hides station from view. Signalbox closed but in alternative use. Platform canopy was cut back in 2000, allowing rain to finally wash off spotters chalk graffiti from wall. Numbers and drawings of Bullieds, Standards, Brush Type 4's and 4498's visit from June 1967, were still readable. Oldest were some Schools and LN numbers, which puts them at 1962 at the latest.
