My life is hectic...I often wonder why problems can't just happen one at a time. Mama, I promise my room is usually clean...guess I'll have to post some photos to prove it...
It's 7:15am and we are topping the hill towards our first water break. The hike was about 8.5 miles long at a moderate pace.
Dawn is beautiful out here.
Yes, I was very glad to be finished with the hike.

The senior leaders are awesome...Jesse B. is an amazing assistant (I could not do it without him) and Cameron L., James T., and Tim S. are incredible leaders.
The group of team leaders is high-energy, but fortunately, they all have a solid foundation. Great guys and the key to the program's success this year.
Each weekday, I teach the First Aid class (a new group each week). I love teaching!
On registration day, Sarah P. (alwaysperky.com) provided a good deal of encouragement to me as I was feeling overwhelmed.
I love this photo...I actually took this one!!
Cpt. Steve Menzel has had an enormous influence on my life and so I was excited that he was able to speak to the Quest students.
Ah...PT. I hate getting up for it, but I enjoy having the external accountability to work out. And I honestly enjoy leading it.
