Hotpot is a meal where there is a pot in the middle of the table with boiling soup and then you dip raw foods in to cook

There were two types of broth here, one spicy and one not
I won 5 kuai! To encourage restaurant patrons to request receipts, and thus force restaurant owners to report income for taxes, the government has a lottery type program associated with the recipts. This is the only time I won in 2 years.

I made steak and they made chicken wings.
That was a good watermelon.
Went to the countryside one weekend and ate freshly caught (farmed) fish.

They put an amazing concoction of spices on the fish.
Fish #1 done.
We still had another one though!
