The tree on the left middle just covering the edge of the house is the one that broke in half, with the big part falling into the road.
This is the little creek with all the debris in it.
This is the stretch right after the downed electric lines, before they were downed.
Not sure where this is exactly, but notice all the straight tall trees.
Another view coming out of the small creek. The whiter tree on the left is now half as tall, with the top laying into the road except where it is trimmed.
Before the house and small creek.
Looking directly up the small creek. It's so easily seen, and cleared out. It will probably take a few years to look anything like this again.
The power line by the old house that is now propped up with branches/sticks. Notice the two thin lines on top, which are the ones that are on the ground now.
You can see the bluff on the mountainside in this picture. I don't think you can see it now with all the bowed over trees. I will try to take a picture of this on our next trip out for comparison.
Another shot right before the house and small creek.
Closer to the tree that half split from onto the road. It probably won't survive.
Many nice tall trees around this old house.
A really good shot against a blue sky, with tall straight trees. Now they are either bowed over, or the tops snapped off, or completely uprooted.
Another shot of the bluff on the mountain from the level stretch.
