Invited by the Shizuoka officials, JIYM Organizing Committee (Tokoha Gakuen Educational Institute). 3 choral groups, (SGVCC from U.S, Italy, Czech Republic) and 4 other music groups (Sweden, Russia, Guam (U.S.), and New Zealand) from over 40 applications over the world were qualified.
