Mushroom Seminar at NPVNC
We took a 4 hour class at the North Park Village Nature Center on how to grow shiitake mushrooms. It was more labor intensive than I thought it would be. We brought home seven logs. After 13 months, we will be harvesting our first mushrooms.

A Voice for Luca
