This is New Look pattern 6825 before I made alterations.
I cut the top third of the dress off to add a band to its base, and a band to the bottom half to create a skirt.
These are the t-shirts that I used to create the bands for the top and skirt.
Top once the sleeve bands and base bands were sewn on.
Shirt bands pulled down. I will wear the bands down under the skirt because the material is thin.
