The ingredients used: 1 lb. hot pork sausage; 4 oz. diced mushrooms; 4 oz. pepperoni slices; 2 cups mozzarella cheese; 16 oz. elbow macaroni; 2 15 oz. cans of pizza sauce;
Browning the hot pork sausage (Step 1).
Adding the macaroni noodles to the boiling water to cook (Step 2).
The pork sausage is now 75% complete and ready for me to drain and then add the chopped mushrooms and pizza sauce (Step 3).
Adding in the mushrooms and pizza sauce to the 75% complete pork sausage (Step 3).
Removing the macaroni from the boiling water, draining and setting off to the side for future use (Step 4).
Adding the pepperoni on top of the mix after simmering for ten minutes (Step 5).
Adding the mozzarella cheese to top of the mix and spreading evenly before I re-cover the skillet to melt the cheese (Step 6).
Removing the "pizza" from the broiler after melting and seasoning to taste with Italian seasoning and garlic salt (Step 7).

And finally the finished product. The macaroni is topped with the pizza mix and melted cheese. This was definitely delicious and tasted just like pizza, albeit with a soft crust (which I actually kind of preferred).
