Built in the 1930's, This adobe style building is typical for the area
8 mile road into the heart of the dunes
Top of a Yukka (spelling?) has the ability to grow taller quickly, so what looks like a 3ft Yukka on top of that 30 ft dune, might be a 33ft tall Yakka!

I liked the line of this dune against the blue sky. This place would be awesome at sunrise, or sunset

Feed Lot near Hereford, TX. Beef capital of the world (at least that's what the sign up the road said)
Great steak dinner in Amarillo. They have a challenge at this place, if you can eat their 72oz steak, baked potato, salad and bread roll in under an hour, you get the meal for free. Otherwise you pay $72.
