May 2008: This is before the home was finished. We almost cancelled the contract, but the builder told us the situation would be resolved; he brought in many loads of top dirt and graded the lot. We’ve made multiple attempts at solving this issue, but it is beyond our capabilities.
May 2009: The SEPTIC TANK is completely covered with water.
May 2009: The water had gone down 3-4" by this time; you can see the water line on the left side of house.
Sept 26, 2009: The water overflowed the berms and reached 8-10" on the house.
