Ride for Life 2006
For 10 days, from April 28 to May 7, ALS patients rode their electric wheelchairs more than 150 miles, starting on the flight deck of the U.S.S. Intrepid in Manhattan and ending in Montauk, on the tip of Long Island, to raise funds for a cure and to create ALS awareness.
