Dredging chicken cutlets in bread crumbs. I also made marinara sauce for this meal.
The Colbert Report was GREAT to see live. Stephen (out of character) was very witty and human in his informal Q+A before taping. Hands down though, the writing for the show is superb and I appreciate it now even more than I did before.
