The Burren Way - an awesome hike
The Burren. Rock and things made out of it are ubiquitous around here - some were made last year, some others - five thousand years ago.

After having done 1,250 mi (2000 km for the rest of the world) I felt as if I had always been driving on the *other* side of the road. Seriously, it's not that bad - except shifting gears with your left hand takes a bit of getting used to. Thank goodness the clutch and the gas pedals are in the same place as everywhere else! Contrary to what I had heard, in this car both blinkers and the wipers were on the usual side as well. I wonder if that's standard across the board...
Anna asked me to take this picture.

Top of the Slieve League, County Donegal - The Irish claim these are the tallest sea cliffs in Europe.
Slieve League as well. Too bad the picture doesn't really relay the vertical dropoff and how far below the sea is. All in all, this was one of the best hikes we took and well worth 3.5 hours.
Will and Joanna - we wound up hiking the Slieve League together with these awesome guys.
