Preparing for Trip West

We are leaving mid July, for a six week tour to British Columbia and Vancouver Island. If I can get all the materials together early, and do the maintenance work on the bikes, I won't get into a last minute rush before we go. I'll have time to test everything in June and early July before we leave.
