Happy Halloween

We had a nice Halloween, despite the fact that I've been pretty sick with strep. It was almost 70 degrees by the afternoon. Of course, this was the year that Tyler's costume was hot, hot, hot! Katie got to carve her very first pumpkin on Saturday. She did and excellent job!. She was Princess Leia and got to wear her costume all day at school. Tyler, who already talks and walks like one, was an Ewok. Might as well make it a theme!

State Champions!!!!

The Delta High School Panther Pride Marching Band took first place in the 2A State competition. We are all very excited. The community and parents have played a major role in giving so much support to the program. Toby and Josiah are very proud of all the work that the students did under their guidence to accomplish what they did this year. Congratulations!

Katie's Birthday

We had a nice little Shrek birthday party. I had fun creating the cake and pin the tail on Donkey game. The kids had a blast. All the kids, including the babies had a blast with the punch balloons. Katie's slowly getting used to the new bike. She crashed a couple times, so she has to build her confidence back up. The last picture of Tyler in his high chair was not at Katie's birthday. I made red beans and rice and let him eat it on his own. He loved it, as you can see.
