I managed to bargain each of these modules (bi-colour LEDs) to 70元.
Most buttons and switches are 0.5-1元, lit/locking ones are up to 5元 each, simple ones are as little as 0.1元 individually
The big matrices in the center are about 7cm^2, 4.5元 each. The smaller matrices (more dense, I think 10x10 LEDs, about 4cm^2, 4元 each).
RFID stuff. A 150Mhz reader+keyfob+antenna is 35元($5 or so).
An enclosure store. An off-the-shelf enclosure costs 1元, custom orders start at 1000 units. They have waterproof/metal/locking ones too.
A 3.8v 4000mAh lithium rechargeable costs 60元
