Girrarosta for dinner. Girrarosta is a rotisserie chicken, covered in spices. Ours were also filled with fries, olives and vegetables and covered in pepper juice and oil. The wine is a typical Sicilian Nero D'Avola.

In Catania a parade of traditional Sicilian carts were walking through town. Most of the carts were filled with musicians playing flute and accordion.
