Otago Central Railway
Railway line from Wingatui to Cromwell (236 km), later Wingatui to Clyde (214 km) in the Central Otago region, which was closed in 1990. Since 1990 the Taieri Gorge Railway has operated on the first 64 km (Wingatui to Middlemarch) and since 2000 the latter 150 km (Middlemarch to Clyde) has reopened as the Otago Central Rail Trail after the rail track was removed. The photos in this album are taken in all three sections/eras.
