Lowther Gardens. The Lytham Rose Queen is formally crowned here - the white mass behind the tennis courts is actually lines of plastic chairs for the ceremony.
The people apparently blocking the end of the road are actually on the far side of Lytham front. The Green is behind them and the sea is just visible.
