The beginning of the party. They got pretty big so there are people I don't even remember there That may be skip behind the float on the bottom left in the float is the late Howard Cassin who played in some games with us and was a good friend.
Barry Braverman in the top photo. Behind Barry are Stu Layton, Gary Greenwald, Staton Wingrat (in hat), Brian Keller, & David Reicher. Bottom photo is Stan Stick Klein at bat with Barry Braverman walking behind him.
Brian Keller batting. In the background left to right are Gary Greenwald, Bruce Stone, Stanton Wingrat and Stick Klein. The kid in the picture is now probably 40.
Brian Keller makes the play at third base.
Brian Keller at 3b and Bruce Stone at shortstop. Must have been game 3 or 4 that day as we were out of regular positions.
Brian Keller waiting for all night party, hosted at his parent's house in Stevenson/Pikesville. 2 different days, 2 different parties.
I had mentioned the insane parties at my parents house while they traveled. This is late afternoon after the games and myself (Brian Keller), Len Elmore, and Skip Millison were getting ready pool side. I have the party shots as well. Just tame stuff, but I think there are more original members including Norman and Jeff. A lot of times we would leave the party play a 6 o'clock game and come back to the party.
This is Bunny Wilson who was one of the leading scorers in the country for the University of Baltimore and then went on to the Detroit Pistons as a 1st round pick I believe. A couple of guys including gambler Benton Dickler and a guy named Neal DuHamel (who is now a grandfather) recruited Bunny for the junkies for a few games. Bunny wasn't that good but was fun. This is probably taken the second year, 1972.
Len Elmore enjoying the spoils of being a Mormon in 1972 during off-season from University of Maryland basketball. He is poolside with 2 Mormonettes.
Gary Greenwald getting ready for action.
Gary Greenwald pitching and Stanton Wally Wonder Wingrat at 1b.
Gerald Lichter behind the plate.
This is Judy Reed both Mormon and Junkie and she took most of the pictures from 1971-73. It hit me this is Judy at the pool - mine- with the albums she compiled in the first two seasons.
Unidentified Junkettes or Mormonettes by the pool. The parties were fun.
This is Skip Millison at shortstop, Bruce Stone at second base, Stick Klein in rightfield, Lloyd Missler at third base, and the back of Kenny Paul standing on 3B.
Lloyd Missler taking a smoke break. Funny all of us smoked between innings and consumed various substances. I don't think the new league would be happy with us.
This is Loyd Missler coming around third base. At the top of the photo is Larry Dukeheart covering second base.
Lloyd Missler catching the ball with Jeffrey Rubin looking on.
This is Lloyd Missler sliding into second base while Harvey Levy covers and Nels Levy is at 2b. I forgot that Nels, Harvey and Marty Yospa had a team on and off for a while. This is probably the 2nd year after Marty and Harvey were on the Mormons of College park. The other guys I don't remember but the guy in green looks familiar.
Totally fabulous Arlene.
Mormon Joe Gold after a game resting for the all night pool party.
The late Robert Kellam playing first base.

Skip Millison batting. Anyone remember wooden bats?
Skip Millison on the mound.

Skip Millison either resting between games or getting home from the night before.
Silverman team shortstop Stu Feldman at game.
Stu Duke Layton in 1973 at a rare Summit Park Elementary School game playing 1b. It was probably another team or a non scheduled weeknight game of which there were a few.
Toni Beck sister of late Rory Beck, The fabulous Arlene, Joe Feldman with cigarette Robert Kellam other unidentified.
