Australia Day 4 #DSAA09
Today we officially set foot in the "Outback" We were met with lots of rain, which we are told is highly unusual... we don't so much believe that anymore! But never fear... Amanda, our travel manager, is here and she arranged a ride into Bush Camp with a 4 wheel drive coach... let's just say it turned a normal scenic drive into an adventure. Though we did not see any stars... we did learn to make damper, crack a whip, sleep in swags, enjoyed a roaring campfire, and enjoyed a quiet night in the bush.
