And closer...
This is Dawn's own pattern and creation. She saw a similiar poem in a craft show and so she came home and made up her own then drew in her family members. YES....she really does have six children!
Dawn keeps this on her wall in the dining room as a reminder of what life is really all about.
This is a panel quilt. Believe it or not, Dawn found this panel at the thrift store!! She just had to bring it home and quilt it!
This baby quilt won "Best in it's class" at the Eastern Idaho State Fair. The baskets were from a block exchange. Dawn told her husband that he needed to go and buy her a baby to go with the quilt. He never did figure out how to do that.
The back of the quilt is Dawn's favorite "OH SO SOFT" fabric by Avlyn.
Pebbling and flowers. This is just a little "doll quilt" miniature.
One of Dawn's favorite leaves. (yes....she shows you how to do it on her DVD.)
Dwirling in the middle with leaves on the border. This was really a charity quilt that her sister made.
Simple loops can be so affective!!
Double loops with a few folky stars.
This quilt pattern is found in Kim Diehl's new book. It was a customer quilt that Dawn sort of coveted. She's still busy repenting of that!
