"Yeh, I take it here and there, had it at the Bulldog Bash last month... All being well it should also be at the NEC Classic Car Show in Novermber - they have a separate hall with just bikes in, I'll be entering it in there provided it gets accepted. :-)"

"Cheers buddy, got my eye on a couple of 180's on fleabay. Might have to get a pipe bender like you and your bro to make the loop at the bottom of my frame too as the Douglas is all square where the flat twin sat, although that car wheel seemed to produce a pretty decent curve....in your hands!!! One more question, do you ever show the Zenster? Is there any way I can get up close and personal? Are you at any shows with it this Autumn or next Spring/Summer, or is it now just your private pride and joy?"

"Yeh, I went over to MIG a few years ago, always used stick before, which is a great way to weld, but it's just so tedious. I think my MIG is 180amps, I give just over 500 quid for it brand new a while back. Works well, and I wouldn't recommend anything cheaper, although I'm not the font of all knowledge on welders to be honest... Glad you like the bike, nice to hear it's made you drag all those fine bits out of the shed..... ;-)"

"Hey Odgie, loving the Zenster. You have re-kindled a project of mine that got shelved years back. Originally inspired by the Japanese builder Masayuki Morimoto who built a very minimalist boardtracker about 10 years ago. I bought some bits for a build, a 1924 BSA SV V-Twin, a 1920's Douglas frame that cost me a £10 & other bits 'n' bobs. Time to start again methinks. Question: Do you use a MIG welder for your bike builds? If so how big is it? (amps max) BTW the quality of your work is legendary!"

"No worries, go into ebay, stick 'Anthill' into the search engine, you'll find my T-shirts. Send me a message via ebay with your e-mail address in, I'll send you a mail back so you have mine. Then we're in contact (long winded I know, but better than having an address open on the web...) :-)"
