Van Long Nature Preserve
Van Long is a wetland nature preserve about 2 hours from Hanoi. There are limestone mounds like the ones at Ha Long Bay. Some of these mountains have wetlands surrounding them. A species of monkey, called the Delacours Langur, lives on the limestone. Our friend, Catherine, did her dissertation research here last year.
