The Advance Group of the Honolulu Marathon Clinic. Their training pace is between 8 and 9 minutes per mile.
The White Group of the Intermediates. These runner try to maintain an 11 minute per mile pace during their training runs.
The Intermediate Blue Group.
The Beginners Group. The group's target pace is a 15 minute mile for a 6:33 marathon, but walkers, strollers and all others are welcome.
