I took this picture on the first visit to Ora, in 1994.
The same from the rear. The back porch is on its way down.
The outhouse.
An out building. I think the chicken coup was adjacent to this, but I am probably wrong.
Taken in 2007.
The back porch in 2007.

Inside house in 2007.
Poetic and wistful delapidation.
I don't know when. Looks like mosture in the air.
Must be towards evening.
Ditto. The evening theory.
I am pretty sure this is Grandma's place, but I don't recognize the angle.
Looks quite different from different angles. This makes it seem further back from the road than it is.
I think those are Uncle Carl's tractors back there.
Grandma Tingle's place in the summer of 1963.
Is this Grandma Tingle's place in 1946? I know that's me with a cat. No, that can't be Grandma's place; maybe that's the first place we lived in Ora, before WB built the house next door to Grandma.
Grandma's Living Room
Funny that a house with no paint on the outside should be so colorful within. Was that a tradition in such houses?
Grandma's House probably in 1963
Outhouse--no longer in active use, but fond in memory, probably 1963
Train Tracks directly opposite Grandma's place.
