A team of media persons, representatives from Kathmandu Metropolitan City, NGOFUWS and Guthi visited the public toilets in Sahid Gate Sundhara, Ratnapark, Khulla Manch, Jaya Bageshwori and Lagankhel Bus Park.

Action committee formation meeting

Photos of a meeting organized by NGO Forum for Urban Water and Sanitation on October 1, 2010 to form an action committee including the concerned stakeholders to give momentum to the conservation of traditional stonespouts in the Kathmandu Valley. The meeting has formed a nine-member action group under the leadership of Mr. Indra Man Singh, Head of Building and Heritage Section in Kathmandu Metropolitan City. Other members include representatives from other municipalities of the Valley, Department of Archaeology, Kathmandu Valley Water Supply Management Board, HISSCA and NGOFUWS.
