NFSTI originally began as UniversalREO. This was our first logo in 2006.
Here was our fully-redesigned logo and banner after UniversalREO was renamed the National Foreclosure Sales Training Institute to offer a better understanding of what we did.
Here is the new logo with our mantra: "Education, Valuation, Marketing" which emphasizes the 3 aspects of becoming successful at listing REO. The feather represents each word in the mantra.
In initial attempt at the NFSTI Certified REO Specialist logo. This was later revamped with our Golden Feather logo. As you can see the original UniversalREO logo is still being considered with the rooftop over NFSTI.
The final draft of the NFSTI Certified REO Specialist logo now being used by hundreds of agents across the nation to represent their understanding of REO.

Our first live seminar packet included the instruction manual, a quick-start guide to technology, a data disc which included some leads, our Certification logo in .jpg, and a database management Excel book, and a DVD tutorial of "A Day in the Life of an REO Specialist". This is now condensed into one book and we offer so much more in the form of tools.
