My children are always catching insects and building little habitats for them in canning jars. The jar is cut at 4 inches of white textured cardstock and I used the Shadow feature to cut it out again in blue. I used silver Colorbox ink to add shadows to the jar. I cut the twig at 3 inches twice, once in brown and once in green for the leaves. The ladybug is cut at 1 1/2 inches out of black and the wings are red cardstock coated with Glossy Accents. by ks*paper*kreations http://www.ourinspirationstation.blogspot.com Cricut Cartridges Used: Wild Card Doodlecharms Stamping Solutions I love to challenge myself to think outside the box...I always flip through my handbooks and try to find a new use for a cut. Alot of times I don't really have an idea what I am going to do with it....I just cut and from there the project falls into place. For this project I used the Wild Card cartridge and cut the gift card holder (on page 46) at 4 1/4 on blackout feature. The top layer I went through my scraps and cut a piece 2x4 and adhered to front. The Scallops were cut at 2 1/2 on the Stamping Solutions cartridge (cut one on shadow feature and one on blackout feature). The Bunny was cut from Doodlecharms at 2" and the nose at 5". Highlight with chalk or ink! Place your candy inside...I used a glue dot to hold in place...and you are ready to give them away! Anyone would love to recieve this cut little treat.
