Zodiac Diving

Steve and I took the MONUC Zodiac out for a days diving around the Anglesea, Ocean Grove area. Dived a couple of old wrecks - The Orungal which sank in 1940 and The Inverlochy which sank in 1902. Also saw a massive ray!

Wreck Diving Trip - Jan 2010

We took the boat to Ocean Grove via Werribee and dived a cabin cruiser, VHB54, the Canberra, Lonsdale Wall, and did some drift dives. Despite it being a bit choppy, vis was fantastic, Chan got a cray, and a damn fine time was had by all.

Ex-HMAS Canberra sinking

On a calm Melbourne spring day...9 intrepid MONUC divers set out to watch the ex-HMAS Canberra be scuttled so that we (MONUC) and we only could dive this giant quite beast. Unfortunately it took 5 freekin hours for them to make it go "ka-blooie"! Awesome day, will be a awesomer dive!

Amazing day on the Shipwreck Coast

Steve, Adam, Ben, Jay and Hayden left Melbourne at 5am for an amazing day diving off the zodiac out of the Loch Ard gorge. The sea was amazingly flat, and vis was 15-20m on the Loch Ard and in the Blowhole

Phillip Island Dive Adventure (PIDA) 08

Jay, Steve, Janine, Niki and Aran went to Phillip Island during exam period for some awesome diving. We stayed in a cabin for 2 nights, and did 3 great dives. We saw a 3m shark, ate crayfish for dinner and generally had a rip-roaring good time.

Club dives the Eliza Ramsden

The club boat took flick, steve, dan, bob and cal out to the Eliza Ramsden. Erwin watied topisde before doing a dive of his own. The dive was great but the viz was pretty low and it got quite rough. Its rare to get on the Ramsden so we were all pretty thrilled!
