College Tour 2008 - Saturday School
As a part of Monarch's "Team We Rock", I helped to plan the most exciting Saturday School to date. All Monarch students and families are invited to take a college tour of UC Berkeley in order to learn more about what happens in college and how to get there.
"PARENTS AT ASPIRE- Aspire helps parents and guardians become great coaches for their children, and invites parent participation in all aspects of school life. A 3-Way Learning Contract sets each student’s learning goals and is signed by parent, teacher, and student. Three times during the year, parents and children attend special “Saturday Schools” together, so parents can become involved in what their students are learning."
