this is the wall that had water damage in the basement..you can see the spuot is misplaced/directed and poor pitching job
4 season - electric baseboard heating
4 season from outside
kitchen floor - original - peeling lenoleum
where the dishwasher was - floorign a bit rotted kind of like the floorign in our old bathroom
facing the 4 season - i don't get the new window really but cabinets all in good shape, counter too but dated
3rd "bedroom" or dining room - to your left when you walk through back door - thought i'd close this off?
bathroom - original - no exhaust fan = moldy grout, peeling paint
bathroom ceiling - few layers of paint, all chipping/peeling from moisture
living room ceiling- this is the only spot w/ water damage on the ceiling - we hit it w/ a flashlight and it didn't crumble - seems to be fixed
near the other water spot - this is above the picture window - moer damage...more below the pic window too
you can see it below the pic window. pic window is trashed
this is the addition - it's off teh back of the 1 car garage...electric/seperate heat (that means no cooling either)
built in - inside the addition -
4 season is off the den/addition area - you have to step down to get into the addition
this was likely the original dining area - just off the LR - lots of track lighting - ugh
notice the carbon - the realtor said the furnace likely had a broken heat exchange ?
track lighting!
more dirt = every register had this
just a big tree getting cut down on our block - dutch elm - huge!
