New 100mm travel forks fixed the geometry for me. I did have to remove the headset spacers though (steering tube was cut a bit short)
both front and rear shock lock-out adjuster can be seen here. Now I have 6 brake cables...
Frame in pretty good shape. Some cuts in stickers. You can see the rear shock lock-out cable.
Rock Shox Pop-Lock Adjust. Forks also have adjustable floodgate when locked, and dual air cartridges. +air holds up your weight, -air is adjustable to react to bumps with differnet levels of compression. Compression is adjustable via the adjuster on the handle bar. Rebound is also adjustable.
Lock-out for front shock (lever) and push button release. Blue dial sets compression amount that lever returns to when released.
Original Trek Y-33 rear shock compression adjust and lockout lever (Suntour).
Stratos Shock Pro; air adjustable, compression ajustable at handlebars, knob for rebound, and bar lockout. Makes a sucking sound these days. I prefer to run it really soft for bumps and rocks, but sag is a problem.
Replaced rim. Speacilized Tires 26x2.0"
Original rim. Speacilized tires 26x2.2" much better turn-in response with these. The old Continentals were narrow and hard.
Rock Shox rebound adjuster. Original Trek System 3 hub
All original Deore XT. I added Shimano 747 pedals 8 years ago (had toe-clips)
Original TECNO Dynamica seat, not very comfortable. But really light.
