Prefab Weekend In The House Kit: Appomattox Railroad Fest and More! Relaxed without children in the prefab house kit, still with no systems, yet comfy in this fall weather! Once we unloaded at the prefab house kit, we headed over to Appomattox's Railroad Festival. It was great, I highly recommend going for the great music, nice people, wonderful crafts and lots of history! Afterwards, we walked around the property a bit, before retreating into the cozy house kit to read books.
