Martin Luther King Elementary Letters "Time For Lunch" On March 24th, the 5th grade classes at Utica's Martin Luther King Elementary School wrote to Congressional Senators Gillibrand and Shumber and Representative Arcuri asking for support of increased funding for school lunches for a healthier future!
