Mission Under the Bridge final gathering We gathered Under the Bridge this morning for the last time, which is a bittersweet feeling for most of us. Everyone who has been a part of this ministry, anyone who has given or received at any time, has been changed in some way by the presence of the Spirit of the Lord among us. I believe I speak for many when I say that I have been so blessed to have been a part of this ministry and privileged to have met so many incredibly strong and faithful people over the past 4 years. For now we are just hitting "pause" for a little while to let Haven for Hope get underway and then we'll figure out where we might be able to jump in again to serve God and our city and love our neighbors. The Mission will look different in the months and years to come but the Word of God to us never changes: "Also, seek the shalom of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the LORD on its behalf, for in its shalom you too will find your shalom" (Jeremiah 29:7)
