Gérard Besson There is one really classic restaurant left in Paris. A chef that is alive, focused, and is still doing a kind of cooking that nobody else does. Also one of the few chefs who knows how to source really exceptional truffles. And a lunch menu for 56 eur, even less if you don't want dessert or first course.
