Del Dotto Vineyards: This place has barrels of wine aging in a cave and the guide takes you around with a siphon like apparatus called a wine thief. The white thing sitting on top of the barrel is a plug (called a bung which covers up the bung hole, not making that up), which is removed and the wine is "thieved" out from there.
