The band leadership - 4 pastors, one tuba player, one involved and supportive teacher and one ecstatic Peace Corps Volunteer
Expand the Band Starting with one trumpet St. Johns Apostolic Church created their youth band. The group has grown to involve 22 children and youth and with the help of generous donations through the Peace Corps Partnership Program we were able to double the amount of instruments and expand the capacity to over 50 youth involved. These photos were taken during Susie's and my trip to the church on March 22, 2009. The service highlighted the band and allowed us the chance to share in the joy of the congregation. Truly an impressive presentation.
