Audaciously Embedded (in spite of my better judgement) by Alison Davies. A project exploring the potential of striped and checked fabrics including recycled shirts, trousers, pyjamas. Machine pieced, hand quilted. The title refers to a particularly audacious donation of boxer shorts: ethically and aesthetically questionable, but accommodated in spite of my equivocations.
