Winter trip to Morocco part 4 - Rabat Rabat is the capital of Morocco. It's smaller than Casablanca (1.7 million, metropolitan area), "slower" and less important in terms of economy. However, this is where king resides. There are also a government, parliament and embassies. I have noticed that Rabat is most modern city in Morocco - foreign music is played, children are skateboarding, Medina is safe and accesible. There is even church and synagogue.
