Cedar Rapids Caucus, Flood Recovery (2008-09-05) Iowa House Republican met in Cedar Rapids to discuss flooding issues that their districts are dealing with and how those might be addressed in a special session. The members also toured the flood damaged parts of Cedar Rapids and spoke with a homeowner about the challenges he and his neighbors are facing while trying to rebuild.
