The Bengali Plains After leaving Sikkim & the Darjiling Hills behind we came upon the plains of West Bengal. We were glad to be back in the warm weather. We spent a day in the remote Gorumara Wildlife Sanctuary then headed towards Jaldapara further east. Then with much anticipation we headed for the Bhutan border into The Land Of The Thousand Dragons.
