I was there; done that. To tell the truth, I could only reach the ticket counter. A board announced that ticket is available for the ride 2 hours later. I had thought it happens only with the Indian Railways. I had a lot of plans about what to do above the hill; everything was shelved because I had to reach USM guest house by evening.
