Gérard Besson 22 mai 08 Another 56 eur lunch at Gérard. Desserts are of no interest. For the rest, it is a reminder of what good cooking means, what a difference it makes, in a time that thinks thet everything that looks the same, or is named the same, tastes the same. It is also, once again, a Time machine experience -- there's some boldness to serving that kind of food with that little effort to make it look special.
