Swanson Vineyards: Cheeses for the pairings. There was also a potato chip with a great caviar on top but I devoured that before I remembered to take a picture. A truffle with curry used to be on the shell too... The cheddar and gruyere were really good but I did not try the blue so can't comment on that.
