NZ Trip Day 6 - Rotorua Early morning around Christchurch botanical garden and Antarctic Centre. We then took a flight to Rotorua which got diverted to Auckland due to mechanical problems. We ended up taking a 3 hour drive from Auckland to Rotorua but got a quick stop in Matamata (aka Hobbiton, many scenes in and around the Shire was filmed nearby). Spent the night in Rotorua with traditional Maori food and performance (passtimes, dance, etc)
